  Torgashinsky, located in central Siberia in Russia, is included in the coldest places in the world.  This place has recently been opened for tourists to reach the top of Torgashinsky mountain range in Krasnoyarsk Krai on foot.  There are 1,683 steps in the 1.2 km long route.  It is also the place with the longest stairs in Russia.  It is also called the 'Stairway to Heaven' because of the length of the stairs going to such a height.  After reaching the top of these stairs, one can see a breathtaking view of the mind. According to the Siberian Times, these stairs are open from 8 am to 10 pm.  The climb without stopping will take 40 minutes. The construction of this new path started in the summer.  With its completion, Stolby Nature Reserve and Torgashinsky Ridge have been joined together.   Floods and landslides caused by heavy rains have wreaked havoc in the Brazilian city of Sao Paulo.  At least 19 people died, including 7 children.  This information has been given on Sunday by the officials looking after the work related to the security of the citizens.  So Paulo officials say nine people have been injured, while four are missing. Apart from this, about 500 families have had to leave their homes.  Sao Paulo Governor Joao Doria on Sunday took stock of the flooded areas and said he had approved 15 million reais ($2.79 million) in emergency aid for the affected cities. A statement from the federal government's Ministry of Regional Development said it was monitoring the situation.  The most affected areas around So Paulo include Aruja, Francisco Morato, Embu das Artes and Franco da Rocha.
